All members of Arts-Antiques-Exchange-Banner agree to comply with the following conditions.
Members accept to include the non modified HTML code given by Arts-Antiques-Exchange-Banner to show the banner on their web site on as many pages as they wish. We reserve the right to verify the exactitude of the HTML code by all means available to us.
Members acknowledge that Arts-Antiques-Exchange-Banner is a free service. The Administer may suspend the service at any moment for any reason he sees fit.
A member who artificially inflates his account by using a device, a programme or any other means, will be suspended and eventually pursued. No more than one HTML code should be inserted by page. A member should not show his HTML code on the pages of other sites. Any member violating these terms and conditions will be banned by Arts-Antiques-Exchange-Banner and will be liable to prosecution. No credit refunds shall be issued in any of these instances.
All members accept to use the banner exchange programme at their own risk. Arts-Antiques-Exchange-Banner cannot be considered responsible for any damage or loss of information which could result from the use of this banner exchange programme.
